Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (Banking & Treasury)

Location: Kochi

Qualification: CA / CMA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in Banking, Treasury, Corporate Finance. Experience in export-oriented, manufacturing, FMCG, food ingredients, or similar industries will be an added advantage. Experience managing banking and treasury operations for multiple entities/subsidiaries will be preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Banking & Treasury professional with 15+ years of experience to manage end-to-end treasury operations, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk, trade finance, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires strategic oversight of working capital, funding, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation while ensuring adherence to FEMA, RBI, and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital activities.
- Monitor inward remittances, collections, fund requirements, and cash positions.
- Manage working capital facilities,



including Buyer's Credit and EPC.
- Handle export/import trade finance and ensure timely closure of shipping bills in IDPMS/EDPMS.
- Manage LCs, Bank Guarantees, and other banking facilities.
- Maintain solid relationships and negotiate with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor forex exposure, forward contracts, MTM, and unhedged foreign currency exposure.
- Develop suitable forex hedging strategies to manage currency risk.
- Handle ECB-related documentation, reporting, and RBI/FEMA compliance.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage ECGC insurance and support credit risk management.
- Coordinate with CARE and other credit rating agencies for rating reviews.
- Manage TReDS and supply chain financing activities and optimize financing costs.
- Prepare treasury, forex, liquidity, and banking reports for management.
- Coordinate banking and treasury activities across multiple entities.
