Qualification: UG / PG
Experience: Min 3 + Years of Experience in Category Management, Preferably in TV Category / Flash Light and Personal Care, Speakers, and Home Theatres.
Salary: 12 LPA (Slightly Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive category growth through effective planning and execution
2. Ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory management
3. Lead NPD initiatives from concept to successful market launch
4. Monitor competition and pricing strategies to maintain market position
