We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA)to the Director to support day-to-day operations, transactions, and strategicinitiatives within our Real Estate and Industrial Park business. The EA will actas the right hand to the Director, ensuring operational efficiency, timelyexecution of projects, and smooth coordination across internal and externalstakeholders.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure,industrial parks, consulting, or operations.Robust analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.High level of discretion, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to project management toolsis a plus.Operational Managemento Support and monitor day-to-day activities across real estate and industrial park projects.o Track progress of ongoing initiatives, identify bottlenecks,



and ensure timely resolution.o Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership.Transaction &Project; Supporto Coordinate and support land acquisition, leasing, sales, and other real estate transactions.o Liaise with consultants, legal, and finance teams to ensure due diligence and compliance.o Provide analytical and operational support for project feasibility and financial assessments.Director Support & Strategic Assistanceo Act as the bridge between the Director and stakeholders (internal and external).o Prepare briefs, presentations, and decision-support documents.o Manage and prioritize the Director’s schedule, meetings, and commitments.Cross-Functional Coordinationo Collaborate with project, operations, and business development teams for seamless execution.o Ensure alignment across departments on key deliverables and timelines.
