We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Learning Consultants / Senior Learning Consultants to join our growing team!Key Responsibilities:✅ Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, chats, online demos, and trial sessions.✅ Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.✅ Build strong relationships and drive enrolments.✅ Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to conversion.✅ Regularly follow up with prospective candidates.✅ Effectively use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data.✅ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.What We’re Looking For:1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales.Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.Experience with Dialler Operations and CRM management.Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.Target-oriented mindset with robust ownership and perseverance.EdTech or startup experience will be an added advantage.
