The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified, possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and have proven experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITYLead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software projectsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirementsDevelop detailed project plans and track progress against milestonesManage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendorsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetCoordinate with stakeholders, clients,



and senior managementManage change requests and scope adjustments effectivelyMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesEnsure adherence to quality standards and best practicesFacilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summariesEnsure compliance with organizational processes and governance(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSETBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fieldPMP Certification (Mandatory)6–10 years of total experience in the IT/software industryMinimum 4+ years of hands-on project management experienceProven track record of delivering software projects successfullyStrong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPREFERRED SKILLSExperience managing enterprise or large-scale software implementationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Vendor and stakeholder management experienceKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract managementExperience in client-facing roles Key CompetenciesLeadership & Team ManagementStakeholder CommunicationRisk ManagementDecision MakingConflict ResolutionTime & Resource Management
