Which is why we need someone who can actually cold call.What you'll doCold call independent, locally-owned restaurants across the US and Canada. Not chains, not franchises — owner-operators, the person who picks up the phone themselvesGet past "we're busy right now" and earn a real conversationUnderstand what they're paying the aggregators today, and show them the mathsClose the deal. This is not appointment-setting for someone else — you take it to signedKeep your own pipeline honest and worked, every single shiftThe hours — please read this carefullyThe shift is fixed at 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, because that's when North American restaurant owners will take a call. Weekends off. That is a night shift wherever you are:(Shifts by an hour in winter, when North America comes off daylight saving.)These hours can't be flexed. You'll also need reliable internet and power for the whole shift.
