and operationsProvide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmapMentor and lead high-performing delivery teamsRequired Skills & Experience20+ years of experience in IT services delivery , with robust exposure to ServiceNowProven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementationsDeep understanding of:Incident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementService Request ManagementConfiguration ManagementHands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modulesStrong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and consultative mindset
