About the RoleJaipuria Executive Education & Training is looking for a dynamic Business DevelopmentManager to drive corporate partnerships and expand our Executive Education portfolio. The roleinvolves acquiring new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with HR and L&Dleaders;, and promoting customized learning solutions, leadership programs, and ManagementDevelopment Programs (MDPs).Key Responsibilities● Drive business development for Executive Education and Corporate Training programs.● Build and manage relationships with CHROs, L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, and BusinessHeads.● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals,and industry engagement.● Sell customized learning solutions, leadership development programs, MDPs, andcertification programs.● Prepare proposals, presentations,



and commercial offers for corporate clients.● Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to design client-centric learning interventions.● Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.● Represent Jaipuria at corporate events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthenbrand visibility.● Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeatbusiness.Desired Profile● MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution.● 6 -15 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, ExecutiveEducation, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.● Solid network with HR, L&D;, Talent Development, and Business
