Hiring: ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB Architect





Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)


Experience: 10+ Years


Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (0–15 Days)


CTC: ₹40–45 LPA




We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB Architect to lead enterprise -scale ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation initiatives.





Key Responsibilities:


Lead architecture for ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB implementations


Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management


Define CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption & data governance frameworks


Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server & Integration Hub


Provide technical leadership to development teams


Ensure platform performance, security & compliance best practices


Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution alignment






Required Skills:






10+ years of ServiceNow experience with solid architecture exposure


Expertise in ITOM, CMDB & CSDM


Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management


Experience in enterprise integrations & platform architecture


Advanced scripting, APIs & ServiceNow platform capabilities


Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM & ITOM frameworks


Experience leading large -scale implementations & teams

• Scalable and secure architecture planning


• Strong communication & documentation skills


• Agile/DevOps experience
