Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules

- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather and analyze requirements

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Maintain platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization

- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards

- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions

Required Skills

- Robust hands -on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge) and HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events)

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including authentication and web services

- Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer

- ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS -ITSM, or CIS -HRSD are a plus
