Position Summary:

This position will enable to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to us

organization’s rapid and sustainable growth by developing new customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research.

Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and

recommending solution-based application

Focus on solution selling to customers.

Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections.

Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction level.

Coordinating for launch of new products in the assigned territory,



putting in place initiatives to increase product visibility and drive volumes.

Continuously keep abreast of competitor activities, new developments in packaging

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)

B. Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Job requirements

Experience

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in direct Industrial Sales or Key Accounts Sales

Experience in developing business with new products, current solutions and to new customers

Computer Skills

Proficient in using MS Office

Communication & Language Proficiency

Good command over English, Hindi & local language
