Job Description: Female Business Development Executive

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Industry: FMCG (Food Products)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Details: 20k-30k (negotiable for extraordinary
people) + performance-based incentive

Commitment to job: minimum 2 years

Accommodation: PG available near office location (not
included in the package)

Role Summary

The company is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Female
Business Development Executive to identify prospective customers, generate
business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and strengthen customer
relationships across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Sales

- Identify
and develop potential B2B customers.

- Conduct
outbound calls and follow up on leads.

- Understand
customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Prepare
quotations, proposals, and product samples.

Customer Relationship Management

- Develop
and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Identify
opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.

- Handle
customer concerns and enquiries.





Sales Tracking and Reporting

- Maintain
CRM records and customer databases.

- Monitor
quotations, negotiations, and order status.

- Submit
daily and weekly activity reports.

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate
with sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams.

- Ensure
smooth execution of orders and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related
discipline.

- Experience
in business development, inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales will be
preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent
communication and negotiation abilities.

- Robust
relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented
approach and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge
of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
