Business Analyst translates business requirements into functional requirements and approaches for developers. Functioning as an interface between the organization and the client, Business Analyst bridges the gaps and ensures delivering the products according to the standards. Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements project request.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business analysis and systems analysis.
• Define business process flows and work flows
• Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes,
and co -ordinate all internal & external follow -ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
• Effectively communicate and apply project standards and manage resources in accordance with the project
• Successfully deliver high -quality service on schedule and match the client expectations effectively
• Rational problem solving and ownership on decision making.
• Should be versatile to work in late shifts.
• 1 -3 years of experience in relevant technology and industry
