We are looking to hire Manager/Chief Manager - Education and Training - Elementary

Purpose

1. To provide domain and training support to all teachers of consultancy SEL schools.
2. To develop, review and implement curriculum and pedagogy regularly.
3. To research and develop documentation and intellectual property for owned schools and SEL consultancy projects.
4. To facilitate and enable timely set up of SEL schools from year zero onwards, ensure project budgets and excellence

Principal Accountability & Responsibilities

As a role of a Primary Consultant

1. Administrative:

Provide onsite and offsite support for setting up K-12 schools from the feasibility stage to year zero. Work in close coordination with the SEL team to develop the 30-year feasibility plan.
2. Discuss the project management agreement and scope of services document with the AC for proper planning and execution of the school contract.
3. Ensure that documentation of the required school related policies for SEL is in line with the services offered as per the design brief.
4. Provide infrastructure plans for the development of learning spaces.
5. Ensure smooth transition from one Primary Consultant to the other in the event of change of guard or change of role (from AC to PC). Proper handover to be done as per checklist.
6. Provide support in designing, planning, reviewing of the infra design drafts and ensure that the infrastructure of the school is as per required standards and in line with SEL Infrastructure Policy.
