About the Role

This role requires someone who can manage social media, create engaging content, optimize our websites, run marketing campaigns, and help generate quality leads while increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional creatives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts for Arch IT Solutions and Arch Firepump.
- Monitor, update, and optimize company websites for SEO and user engagement.
- Perform keyword research and improve website rankings using SEO best practices.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns.
- Create content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Write blogs, website content, captions, and marketing copy.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the design and development team for campaign execution.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Content Writing
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
- WordPress or website content management
- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong practical skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
