About the Role:
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the technical installation runs smoothly.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage technical staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
- Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for spares, consumables, and other supplies, and monitor critical/non critical equipment’s.
- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Hygiene and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensure the labs are clean and well-maintained.
- Cost Control: Manage budgets, reduce waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties like record-keeping, procurement, and vendor management.
- Required skills and experience
- Previous experience in electromechanical operations management is often required.
- Knowledge of building codes, compliances, statutory audits including service standards.
- Solid management and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
