- Planning and forecasting for all the services across all locations with an independent view of the estate
- Gathering and storing of all the necessary data required to make this planning work successful
- Share insights on a regular basis weekly on the trends and variance
- Take part in MBR to share their perspective on the performance and its impact from a planning perspective
- Work with client on how to best optimise the estate in getting efficiency out of this

- Agree on a forecast variance of not more than 10% month on month to eventually move to 5-6% variance after this is established
