As we continue to scale our international delivery engine, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive complex, cross-functional technology projects for our global clients from planning through deployment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in technology project execution and delivery, who will own end-to-end delivery of software projects for our international clients. This is a hands-on delivery role — not a PMO or pure coordination function — and requires someone who can engage deeply with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams while managing senior stakeholders across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical/software projects for international clients,



from planning through deployment and delivery.
- Take solid ownership of project timelines, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineering/development, QA, DevOps, architecture, and other technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Apply a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies to guide software delivery processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and project dependencies; anticipate and manage risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
- Drive strong stakeholder management and communication, including regular engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders across geographies.
- Be technically conversant enough to participate meaningfully in discussions around applications, APIs, databases, integrations, environments, releases, and deployments.
- Coordinate across distributed, cross-time-zone teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery execution.
- Maintain clear project documentation, status reporting, and delivery governance for international stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience managing technical/software project delivery,



with a demonstrated track record of successful technology delivery (not primarily PMO/coordination experience).
- Proven experience handling international clients, including managing expectations, communication, and delivery across different time zones and business cultures.
- Strong command over Agile/Scrum practices and SDLC processes.
- Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication on multiple concurrent projects.
- Technically strong enough to understand and contribute to discussions on architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward proactive risk identification and resolution.

Preferred Background

- Candidates from technology consulting firms, IT services organizations, or engineering-led companies with substantial experience in technical project/program delivery.
- Prior experience working in a services-based delivery model, managing outcomes for external/international clients rather than internal product roadmaps.
- Exposure to mobile, web, cloud, or AI/ML-driven project delivery is a plus.
