• Lead end-to-end **manufacturing* *operations of BLDC* *motors and*
*controllers*
• Ensure achievement of production targets as per plan
• Optimize plant productivity and daily operations
• Implement effective production planning and capacity control
• Improve OEE and minimize downtime
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement (Lean,
Kaizen)
• Manage maintenance and enhance equipment reliability
• Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory control
• Lead, train, and develop cross-functional teams
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Implement the Business strategy.
