Counter Sales Executive VFS |

It is an India-based travel protection and assistance company with a 25+ year legacy,
providing travel insurance and assistance solutions to leisure, corporate, student and other travelers.
It offers Overseas Travel Insurance, Domestic Travel Insurance, Student Travel Insurance, Cruise Travel Insurance,
Global Assistance, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Roadside Assistance, Baggage Protection, Flight Delay Protection and Global
eSIM services.
ASEGO works across travel-industry channels including Travel Agencies, Airlines, OTAs, TMCs, Visa Servicing Centres and
Student Consultants.

Position Details

Designation - Counter Sales Executive
Industry- Travel Insurance / Travel Assistance
Work Location - VFS Branches
Experience - 1 year and above preferred Freshers Can apply
Education- Graduate
Employment Type- Full time

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with visa applicants visiting the VFS office and understand their travel requirements.
Pitch and recommend suitable travel insurance products.
Generate leads from walk-in customers and maintain prospect/customer data.
Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.
Conduct effective sales conversations and achieve assigned sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product guidance.




Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate policy information.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively follow up on potential customers.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills.
1 year+ sales experience preferred.
Sales background preferred; freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and soft-speaking skills.
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
Positive attitude, professional grooming and customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a professional/international environment.
Language Requirements

We are looking for confident, well-groomed and customer-focused sales professionals who can interact directly with visa applicants,
understand their requirements, effectively present travel insurance solutions and convert walk-in opportunities into sales.
Candidates with prior sales experience, strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset will be preferred. Freshers with
excellent communication and convincing skills can also be considered.
