Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python-based test automation scripts for validation and regression testing.
- Perform functional and system testing of observability, monitoring, event logging, and operator interface features.

- Analyze and correlate application and system logs from multiple sources to identify failures and issues.
- Validate system health indicators, events, status updates, and operator workflows.
- Execute tests in Linux environments and perform basic Linux-based troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Use relevant simulation tools/environments to simulate system conditions and support test execution.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test reports, and evidence packages.
- Support regression testing and ensure test coverage and traceability.
- Investigate test failures, perform initial root-cause analysis, and provide explicit evidence for defect reporting.
- Collaborate with development, system, and integration teams for defect triage and resolution.
- Ensure testing activities meet defined quality, coverage, and documentation standards.
