Role & responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day Field operations such as Installation, Commissioning, Rectification of Electrical Panels, Energy Meters, Control Panels etc.
- Prepare the daily work schedule for Field Operations team, Technicians, Maintenance Team.
- Coordinate with Field Installation people for smooth workflow
- Maintain the daily weekly monthly project progress reports and communicate with client
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Plan and create the installation plan for Technicians
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
- Support vendor/client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational performance summaries.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Assist management in achieving operational targets and KPIs.




- Build the day to day tools using Google Forms, Google Excel sheet Macros.

Preferred candidate profile

- Electrical Wiring, Control Panel Wiring, APFC, Energy Meter Installation, IoT Sensors and Gateways Installation
- Knowledge of Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Installation and commissioning of Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of IoT Sensors, Gateways Troubleshooting, Maintenance,
- Google Sheets, Excel Sheet Formulas, Macros, VB, Google Forms.
- Solid Proactive communication and coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
