- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in BFSI, Banca, Defence & Insurance sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of products.
- Build robust relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Management or related field (BFSI, Banca, Defence).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI sales or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance, insurance sales, life insurance, army retired benefits etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
