Primary Purpose of the Job Be responsible for executing HRD functional and transactional activities. Manage the internal stakeholdersand employees of the centre thereby delivering high quality HRM services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR Services team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR records, and organizing documentation related to HR processes.
- Employee Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and services. Provide timely and accurate information to support staff and faculty.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that new hires have the resources they need to start successfully.
- HR Data Management, HR Data Mining, Data Analyst*: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases. Ensure that employee information is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Provide support in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Performance Management: Assist with the performance management process by scheduling evaluation meetings, compiling performance review documents, and tracking employee progress.
- Training Coordination: Help coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for staff.
Assist in tracking attendance and feedback from training events.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, training participation, and performance evaluation completion rates.
- Support HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR services and employee engagement.
Experience 2-7 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position, preferably in an educational setting. Experience in HR processes and functions is advantageous.

Data Management: Basic data analysis skills for reporting and tracking HR metrics.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills with the ability to address employee concerns and inquiries effectively. .
