Role & responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Study drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project scope.
- Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategy.
- Ensure smooth site mobilization and timely project execution.
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestone achievement.

Site Coordination & Management

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively.
- Ensure availability of materials as per project schedule.

Quality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
- Implement safety procedures as per site requirements.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing & commissioning.

Cost Control & Documentation

- Monitor project costs and prevent budget overruns.




- Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement sheets.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and approvals.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

For Project Manager (Additional Responsibilities)

- Lead multiple HVAC projects simultaneously
- Overall responsibility for project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Final project handover and closure documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC drawings, components, and installation practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards on construction sites.
- Positive communication and team coordination skills.
