- Supervise and manage day-to-day fabrication and erection activities at the project site.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and layouts.
- Coordinate with fabricators, welders, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure fabrication and erection work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain necessary site documentation.
- Check dimensions, alignments, levels, and installation of fabricated structures/equipment.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor the quality of fabrication and erection work.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
- Identify and report any technical, quality, or execution issues to the Project Manager/Site In-charge.
- Use AutoCAD for viewing, checking,



and making necessary modifications to drawings.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.
- Mandatory Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering Mandatory.
- 27 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of fabrication and erection Mandatory.
- AutoCAD experience – Mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and site execution.
- Ability to supervise manpower and coordinate with contractors/workers.
- Good understanding of site safety and quality requirements.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
