Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, niche, and non-IT roles across business and corporate functions.
- Source and attract relevant talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and profile evaluation based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring closure.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer management.
- Support salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring metrics, pipeline movement, closures, and recruitment TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Contribute to campus hiring, recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives,



and talent engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (hiring).
- Robust understanding of talent sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, recruitment processes, and market dynamics across diverse functions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding.
- Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track recruitment metrics, hiring TAT, and pipeline progress.
