O9 Functional Consultant

Are you a Supply Chain Planning expert who thrives on configuring Next-Gen AI platforms? We are expanding our digital transformation delivery team and looking for a skilled O9 Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end planning solutions on the o9 Digital Brain platform.

Position Overview

- Role: O9 Functional Consultant
- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Anywhere in India)
- Work Model: Offshore delivery with US time zone overlap flexibility
- Experience: 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning (min. 2+ years hands-on with o9 Solutions)

What You'll Do

- Solution Architecture & Configuration: Translate complex client business requirements into scalable o9 platform configurations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and IBP.
- Workflow & Data Design: Build custom workflows, attribute hierarchies, granularity settings, aggregation logic, and UI reporting dashboards.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Validate data loads, lead SIT/UAT execution, perform scenario testing, and debug configuration issues.
- Go-Live Support: Drive cutover, go-live stabilization,



and post-implementation support while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Core Experience: 4+ years in supply chain planning (Forecasting, Demand Sensing, Capacity Planning, Inventory Policies) with 2+ years dedicated hands-on o9 configuration experience.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of data modeling, attribute hierarchies, measures, and workflows within o9.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities in an offshore-onshore delivery framework.
- Bonus Points: Experience in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing industries; o9 Certification; background in SAP IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis, or SQL/Analytics.
