Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Handle B2B/industrial packaging sales and achieve targets.
- Manage existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Packaging industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in selling Corrugated Boxes, Pallets, Mono Cartons, Returnable Packaging, or other Industrial Packaging products.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with a solid industrial customer network in Pune will be preferred.
