Role & responsibilities

- Should conduct NHT training
- Should Conduct training for recent G1 employee
- Should Conducting Refreshers & NPRO for all the locations
- Should clear Process Knowledge & certification assessment
- Should follow Training Standardization and Adhere to process
- Should take New Initiative in Trainings to support Operations

Criteria :

- Should be flexible with timings, & travel part
- Should be able to work night shifts not daily basis
- Should be from Retails background
- At least 2 to 3 yrs of experience in Training

Qualification: Graduate or MBA
