Job Summary:
ENGIE is looking for an experienced BESS & Solar PV Module Expert to support utility-scale renewable energy projects across India and overseas. The role will focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), PV module technology, engineering, quality assurance, testing, vendor qualification, and technical due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BESS design, engineering, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Support battery technology selection, sizing, and system optimization.
- Review and approve PV module specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct technical due diligence, factory inspections, and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 61701 and ENGIE standards.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and technical best practices.




- Collaborate with suppliers, OEMs, and global ENGIE teams.
- Mentor project teams and support vendor qualification activities.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering (Full time).
- 8-10 years of experience in Solar PV Module Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, or BESS.
- Strong knowledge of PV module quality, battery storage systems, BoS, and grid integration.
- Experience in factory audits, reliability testing, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across project and manufacturing sites.
