About the Role

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing scalable backend applications, APIs, AI/ML integrations, and data processing solutions using up-to-date Python frameworks. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, frontend developers, and project stakeholders to build intelligent applications, automate workflows, and deliver robust backend systems. This role requires strong Python development skills, experience with modern AI technologies, and the ability to independently contribute to software delivery.

Core Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and LLM-based solutions into production applications.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data processing pipelines for analytics and AI workflows.
- Process, analyze, and manage structured and unstructured datasets to support intelligent applications and business insights.

Delivery Responsibilities

- Independently deliver backend development tasks while ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Develop reliable APIs, automation workflows, and backend services that meet project timelines and business objectives.

Collaboration Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, frontend developers (React.js / Next.js), QA teams,



and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, deployment planning, and production support activities.

Process & Quality Responsibilities

- Follow coding standards, API development best practices, CI/CD processes, and secure coding guidelines.
- Continuously improve backend architecture, application performance, code quality, and deployment efficiency.
