Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Preferred Education: MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, or PGDM in HR

Required Experience: 4+ Years

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to candidate joining, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, MIS reports and monitor metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratios.
- Partner with hiring managers and functional stakeholders to understand manpower needs, job specifications and recruitment priorities.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
