.Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Architectural, BIM, CAD, and Engineering services in the US and UK markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and build solid professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop customized service proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, capability statements, and service offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and BIM teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Participate in online meetings, webinars,



industry events, and trade shows as required.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience within the AEC/BIM industry will be preferred
- Proven experience in selling Architectural, BIM, CAD, Engineering, or Construction support services.
- Experience working with clients in the United States and United Kingdom markets.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, AEC industry terminology and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English with experience of working on CRM platforms like ZOHO
