Required Technical Skill Set: Validation (System), Testing, Test Architect
Desired Experience Range: 15+ yrs of experience
Location of Requirement: Pune, Hyderabad
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in Automotive Testing for ECUs and embedded software.
- Deep expertise in CAN, LIN, UDS, Diagnostics, and Communication Protocols.
- Proven experience in HIL/SIL/MIL environments (Vector, NI, dSPACE, ETAS, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, CAPL, C/C++/C#, or equivalent scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks, Jenkins CI/CD, and version control (Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work across hardware and software boundaries.
Good-to-Have
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and technically hands-on.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
