Job Summary -
We are hiring a Process Trainer to drive training and capability development for our Market Development (Sales) teams. The role focuses on onboarding, sales training, coaching, and improving team performance through effective learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities -
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and sales training programs.
- Train teams on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Identify performance gaps and deliver targeted coaching.
- Develop training content, SOPs, and assessments.
- Monitor training effectiveness and improve business metrics.
Requirements
- 48 years of experience in Sales/Process Training.
- Robust knowledge of sales processes, lead conversion, and objection handling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience training large sales teams is preferred.
