Job Title: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) L3 / Technical Lead
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled OCI L3 / Technical Lead to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud operations, architecture design, automation, governance, incident management, security compliance, and performance optimization across OCI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle L3 support, critical escalations, RCA, and incident management for OCI environments.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available OCI architectures.
- Manage OCI services including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, WAF, OKE/Kubernetes, Autonomous DB, Exadata Cloud Service, and Monitoring tools.
- Implement automation using Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, OCI CLI/SDK, and Ansible.
- Drive cloud governance, security compliance, cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps initiatives.
- Lead migration and modernization projects into OCI environments.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 812+ years of experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering.




- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong expertise in:
- OCI Compute, Networking, IAM, WAF, Cloud Guard, OKE/Kubernetes
- Autonomous DB, Exadata Cloud, Data Guard
- Monitoring, Logging, APM, Log Analytics
- Security hardening, compliance frameworks, and audit support

- Strong scripting experience in Python/Bash/PowerShell.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and ITIL processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- OCI Architect Professional
- OCI Security Professional
- Terraform Associate
- CKA/CKAD
- ITIL v4 Certification

Education:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
