The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through current customer acquisition. Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- End to End Sales Cycle from Lead Generation, Prospecting, Software Demo, Discovery, Solution, Negotiate and close business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive company growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- - 5-7 years of experience in ERP sales or business development.
- Bachelors / master s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
