Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Planon Consultant with strong experience in Planon configuration and development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Facility Management, IWMS/CAFM solutions, and customization within the Planon platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient workplace management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support Planon applications based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Gadgets, PSS Forms, and TSIs
- Work on Planon implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support activities
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for requirement gathering and solution design
- Perform testing, debugging, issue resolution, and deployment support
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and test cases
- Ensure application performance, security, and data integrity standards are maintained




- Support Facility Management and Workplace Management processes within the Planon environment
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
- Provide post-implementation support and user training when required

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Planon Configuration & Development
- Knowledge of Facility Management / IWMS / CAFM domains
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Gadgets, PSS Forms, and TSIs
- Good programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
- Understanding of testing methodologies and documentation processes
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Quick learner with a strong learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Planon implementation or support projects
- Exposure to integrations and API-based solutions
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a hybrid and collaborative environment
