Role Summary

The Finance & Accounts professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits and financial controls for Real Estate. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, auditors and statutory authorities to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial operations.

Experience

8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with Real Estate-Residential, Commercial, Mixed use Projects

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Positive understanding of accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in project/real-estate accounting will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
