Role & responsibilities

- Evaluating a clients nutritional needs.
- Providing nutritional counselling and advice to clients.
- Creating a clinical nutrition treatment plan for a client using dashboard and software
- Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the client as per their requested day and time
- Should be able to communicate scientific terms in an understandable way to all patients.
- Should be confident and show empathy where ever required during the consultation.
- Should have valuable listening skills
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment.
- Make 100 -150 call attempts and complete 20 calls a day

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters in Nutrition or Dietetics

• Minimum 1 year of hospital or Digital Healthcare experience

• Excellent fluency in at least 2 languages apart English(Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati/Bengali/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam/

Kannada/Punjabi)
