Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on coding experience in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native application development. Additionally, the candidate should possess working knowledge of AI-driven development tools and contemporary AI concepts, with the ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and techniques to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.





Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on development experience in Java 8/11/17.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
- Strong programming, problem-solving, and coding skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/Database design, and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of design patterns and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD practices.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Code Assistants, etc.) and the ability to effectively utilize AI in day-to-day development activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI integrations, or AI-enabled application development.
- Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale applications.
