- Ensure VM standards are followed across all stores in the region.
- Execute seasonal campaigns, launches, window displays, and mannequin styling.
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits.
- Ensure proper product placement, zoning, and visual presentation.
- Train store teams on VM standards and styling.
- Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, and HO VM teams.
- Support recent store openings and store refits.
- Monitor VM materials, fixtures, and props.
- Analyze store performance and implement VM improvements.
- Prepare VM reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
