• Splunk & Dynatrace Monitoring (Preferred)
• Linux / Unix Environment
• Service Request & Helpdesk Management
• Application Troubleshooting & RCA
• Performance Monitoring & System Health Checks
• SLA & Process Compliance
• Good Communication & Collaboration Skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day application support and customer helpdesk activities
• Monitor servers, applications, and critical banking systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to incidents within SLA timelines
• Perform SQL-based data extraction and analysis




• Monitor and maintain application and web servers
• Support software upgrades, deployments, and issue tracking
• Conduct impact analysis for software/application changes
• Ensure smooth functioning of business-critical IT operations

Educational Qualification:

- B.E / B.Tech (IT / CSE)
• Engineering graduates with minimum 3 years relevant experience
