Job Description -

Implementation & Onboarding:

- Lead the implementation of recent locations and countries.
- Prepare and manage detailed project plans, rollout checklists, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with product, tech, and operations teams for readiness and successful go live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation phases.
- Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Track progress and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

Customer & Location Onboarding:

- Drive onboarding of Customers in newly targeted regions.
- Ensure all onboarding prerequisites (configurations, integrations, documentation) are fulfilled.
- Provide training, demonstrations, and handholding support to client teams and end-users.

Digital Payments Enablement:

- Drive adoption of digital payment solutions across newly onboarded locations.
- Collaborate with the payments team to enable payment channels and assist customers in going live.




- Track and report on payment penetration metrics across regions and suggest growth strategies.

Customer Success & Revenue Growth:

- Identify process gaps or adoption issues post-implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the business development team to support customer expansion and usage.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on implementation outcomes, payment usage, and region-specific challenges.
- Push Payments in the Regions for Revenue Growth in all regions

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

- Conduct in-depth sessions to understand client needs
- Review BRDs with the team ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs.
- Prepare and deliver periodic performance and status reports

Support Team Coordination:

- Work closely with the Support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Coordinate closely with support team for required reports, tracker maintenance, payment penetration, customer

demos.
