Experience : 12 + years

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

- Proficient with projectmanagement tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant project management background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry
- Strong dataanalysis capability comfortable building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cutover rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, bluegreen deployments).
- Methodical, analytical, and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to smoothly collaborate with onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth onshore/offshore articulation.
