Job Description
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 5 years of BA experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Medical Affairs experience is mandatory.
- Own and drive end-to-end requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
- Solid stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
