We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong BFSI recruitment experience and drive end-to-end hiring across business and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for health insurance roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups & offer closures.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & pipeline reports.
- Ensure TAT and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in BFSI recruitment
- Robust sourcing & candidate screening skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
