We are looking for Head Labour Mobilisation & Subcontractor Development, an experienced construction professional with a strong existing network of labour subcontractors and skilled trade gangs for high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop and mobilise labour subcontractors for shuttering/formwork, bar bending, concreting, masonry and finishing works.

* Maintain multiple backup subcontractors for every critical trade.

* Ensure required manpower is available as per project schedule and recovery plans.

* Coordinate with Project/Planning teams for 30/60/90-day labour requirements.

* Verify subcontractor manpower strength, experience, current deployment and mobilisation capability.

* Negotiate labour rates and mobilisation terms.

* Develop a strong database/network across NCR, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and other labour-source regions.

* Support urgent mobilisation to avoid construction delays.

Candidate Profile:





* 12-20+ years experience in construction labour/subcontractor mobilisation.

* Experience with large contractors/EPC/high-rise developers preferred.

* Must personally know RCC shuttering and reinforcement subcontractors/gang contractors and be capable of mobilising skilled manpower at short notice.

* Diploma/B.Tech Civil preferred, but actual subcontractor network is more important than qualification.

* Extensive field travel required.

Significant: This is not an HR/direct labour recruitment role. We need someone experienced in labour subcontractor development and mobilisation.
