Must Have:

- Administer and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
- Support and manage Palo Alto Firewalls , security policies, NAT, IPS, URL filtering, and threat prevention.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching environments.
- Maintain VPN solutions (Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, IPSec, SSL VPN).
- Support and optimize Wi-Fi infrastructure, wireless access points, and controllers.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, segmentation, and access policies.
- Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, packet loss, and latency.
- Perform firewall rule reviews, access management, and security compliance checks.




- Support network changes, upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and asset inventory.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.

Technical Skills

- Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing.
- Switching Technologies: VLANs, STP, VTP, HSRP, EtherChannel.
- Palo Alto Firewalls: Security Policies, NAT, App-ID, GlobalProtect VPN
- VPN Technologies: IPSec, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN.
- Wireless Technologies: Cisco WLC, Aruba Wireless.
- Network Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP.
- Network Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark.
- Security Concepts: IDS/IPS, Network Segmentation, Zero Trust, NAC.
